You should not want this for three reasons: * If the monitor system starts flooding you, you want to ban it so you or the monitor maintainers can find out and rectify the situation. * If your auto-bin scripts go awry and accidentally ban wrong clients, you want it to (be able to) ban the monitor system too, so clients do not get directed to your server that might in fact ban them for no reason. * If your auto-bin scripts go awry and accidentally ban wrong clients, you want it to (be able to) ban the monitor system too, so you can find out and take measures.
