The answer to that is 'it depends'...

It depends on the data center and how shielded it is from outside radio
signals (or from being a source of interference).

The simple test is to bring a portable AM radio (or preferrably a portable
longwave receiver) into the building and see whether AM stations still make
it through. The lower frequency the better.

If they do make it through good enough to understand the speech on the
radio, my best guess would be that DCF77 would also make it.

But (big but!) you will still need to have your DCF77 antenna as far away
from computers as possible. So if you for example have a rack, cage or
suite in the datacenter the antenna will have to be on the outside with
space between the rack and the antenna. Your datacenter will have to allow
this.
