Just heard about these on the Packet Pushers Podcast. Neat little
remote access boxes that can also serve as a GPS or cellular-based
stratum-1 time server.

It's not quite clear from the spec sheets which modes can actually
serve as stratum-1s, but it is a listed feature. As I already have a
need for a "last-resort" or "out-of-band" access solution, I am
thinking this might be a good way to get a stratum-1 "for free" in all
our datacenters. Little guys run Linux of course.

Is anybody using one of these Opengear boxes as a stratum-1? If so,
which models, and how does it work? Note that I would likely be
relying on CDMA signals for timekeeping, as roof access is impossible
on the 33rd floor of a 50-floor high rise ;-).
