Where do you see that the console servers can be set up as a stratum 1 server 
using their cellular modem as the time source?

The spec at http://opengear.com/product-acm5000-g-feature.html talks about 
using NTP for time synchronization, and looking at the config screen on the 
ones I have I see where I can configure the thing as an NTP client, but I don't 
see any option to have it use the cellular modem as the time source.
