I neglected the comment function anyway ;) The page is proxied through a
varnish cache and won't show added comments until it expires from the cache.

I'll try.
Running munin on the Pi caused high system load every 5 minutes and
jittered the clock. Logging ntp variables every 16 seconds retains all
the details but is a bit difficult to visualize in a useful way.
I'll probably use RRD to keep a day or two at high resolution and
averages of older data.
For now, I can show you offset and frequency drift graphs for the past 4
hours, updated every 16 seconds:
