You have quite the same "picture" as I see it here. The constant traffic level went up to around 3 times, but the single peaks are not that high above the constant traffic level any more. They even went are lower now on the other servers (which are also in the tr zone).
There was no change in the number of requests from the de zone.
Look at your year graph for de, and you see, that the traffic has decreased since end of February.
