One thing to keep in mind is that "tr", "0.tr", "1.tr", "2.tr", "3.tr" and "4.tr" are
separate zones. When there are enough servers the servers are divided between those 5 "groups" each time the configuration is generated.
Oh, good point. Getting included in the [123].tr zones does not cause
the typical Turkish traffic peaks, they're only visible in the "tr" and
"0.tr" zones.
