Polite education good, but anything more than that is behaviour modification: _that_ makes me uncomfortable. From a Pascal's Wager point of view, I put in my $10 into the Orphans Fund, and God will reward me; if someone is misusing the resource that should not make me feel bad. The net good is still positive.
