Indeed. When I was a much younger lad, I asked the store owner why he
insisted on the "no questions asked" return policy. After all, we knew
that guys would come in and buy a TV before Superbowl Sunday and then
return it "no questions asked" on Monday as somehow defective.
"Yeah they do that. I keep the policy because it is right, it creates
loyalty, and I don't let 2% of the population run my business."
