[pop3] JTCMail

I had forgotten about that new popper, jtcmail.net that I signed up for 
last week.  Anyway, I got it going just now.

Configuration for this popper is a little unorthodox.  Instead of 
typing just your username in the username field of your e-mail client, 
you must type your full jtmail.net e-mail address.
