Yes, it has SMTP, but don't look for this service to be that good.  

We POP3 subscribers collect free remote pop3 services like candy.  
However, it is only the better services that get us coming back for 
seconds and thirds.  I don't see any reason to get more than one 
account of a JTCMail pop3 account.
