[pop3] Rules Forwarding Problem in OE 5.0 ?

When I setup filtering rules in Outlook Express 5.0
to forward priority email to another email address,
I receive error:

"Your message rules did not Forward or Reply to 1 message(s) because
the message would have been sent to one of your accounts. Account:
'MailBank', Server: 'getmail.xxxxxx.net'"

Any ideas/help would be appreciated. Thanks...
