You first have to set your Yahoo Mail account up to access you mail via
a pop3 server.
(1) Login to your Yahoo account on the Web.
(2) Select "Options" in the left side frame menu
(3) Select "POP Access and Forwarding" from the right side menu.
(4) Follow the prompts and instructions for making your Yahoo mail
account pop3 accessible.
Note: To have a Yahoo POP3, you must agree to receive "Yahoo! Delivers"
commercial messages. You will be asked to check a box related to your
interests, if you have not previously done so.
