Sorry, but no, it is a POP service only, unless one is using their Internet
connection in the Netherlands, as far as I have been able to determine.

However, if you have proficiency in German, the similarity between the two
languages (as well as familiarity in filling out e-mail registrations in
general) may be sufficient to get you through.

I have no background at all in Dutch (or German either) but eventually
managed to create a zonnet.nl account. I was crestfallen to discover that
it had no SMTP facilities that could be used outside their connection
access but have kept it on my active POP list because of the modest
achievement of actually completing the registration process. It also
appears to be extremely reliable and the name is both easy and interesting.
