I don't think the subject line is all that preposterous... Over the last
couple months, I've been watching the spam I get, and about 40% of the
spam I've been getting has been to one of my three Operamail addresses
(which are all configured to forward to me)...

Now since I don't use my Operamail addresses except to receive the
researchbuzz newsletter on one of them (and I don't think whats-her-name
is a spammer), it's probable that Operamail sells addresses to
spammers.

You all may want to read the headers on the spam you get for a while, to
see what if any comes to your Operamail addresses. As an experiment, I'm
going to create a secret unguessable account on Operamail, and I'll see
if any spam comes that way.
