I think he is using a third party to host his service (Everyone.net)
and just perhaps he has no way of knowing exactly who signed up for
his winnfreenet.winn.la.us service. So that is why I thought he was
fishing. :-)
I think that Everyone.net service now makes you pay for having more
than 20 users. So he is probably trying to get rid of strangers to
make room for friends. He wants you to write to him and identify
yourself so that he can contact Everyone.net and tell them to delete
your account.
So if anyone here signed up for that service and is riddled with
guilt, then they should give it up for the betterment of Louisiana
residents.
