Hi list! A couple of days ago I moved to england! OK, so I'm only staying for 3 months... but I still think it's pretty scary... Anyway, I'm now living in the beautiful city of Exeter, and I recommend you all come and visit this place one day 'cause it's really nice. Now, there are a couple of things I wanted to share with you all... * Yesterday my housemates took me to a beautiful movie called 'Beautiful people'. Perhaps you have all already seen it, I think it came out some time ago, but I want to mention it anyway because I think it's very good. It's about refugees from former Yugoslavia who are now in England, and well, I'm not good at reviewing , go and rent the video or something! * Jason, don't hurry with that current 93 tape because I won't actually receive it until I get back to Holland! ... But then again... I could give you my english address... shall I? * I almost went to the Hefner gig at Eurosonic.. but the club (Vera - go there if you ever go to Groningen!) was so crowded I left after one song - I couldn't really hear or see anything, which is a shame, really. But apart from the crowds Eorosonic *is* quite a nice festival. * About the archives - I think I was maybe the 12th person to join Popjourno, a long, long time ago... but I didn't archive anything - sorry Chickaskia! I think I'm going to shut up now...
