I just felt obliged to point out why I'd added Python and note that it _might_ not be necessary. Agreed that the PDFs are overkill for this; if people want them, they can always build them themselves, or download them from the Read the Docs repository. One nitpick: you have the descriptions swapped for DESCR-pgsql and DESCR-mysql.
