It's not a bad first attempt :) For obscure reasons, we have to link some dependencies statically into neovim. Those have to be updated along with neovim too (see LUV_VER and LUAJIT_VER in the Makefile). One of the static deps requires an update to devel/libuv. Me and paco@ are working on this at the moment.
