Hello,
Please find attached a small patch improving devel/codex packaging.
It adds git and xdg-utils as runtime dependencies, since Codex uses
them for repository operations and opening browser links.
It also removes redundant fish completion directory entries from
PLIST while preserving the completion file.
REVISION is bumped to 0 to reflect the package changes.
