AUTOCONF_VERSION should be kept at 2.61 for python/2.4 and python/2.5. At some point (probably after regression test failures are looked into) it will need to go through a bulk build with MODPY_VERSION set to 2.7 and look for fallout. And of course when a MODPY_VERSION change is committed we need to bump REVISION for all the ports that use it.
