Updated with a minor README tweak and add a missing SUBST_VARS
to edit in the correct directory names.

Basic testing should be along these lines: install, follow the
README docs to add a few lines to tomcat's web.xml, start the daemon,
connect to http://localhost:8080/, make sure you get a page with html
tables at the bottom. :-)
