What's the usefulness of DOCS in the makefile ? Also i'm not sure .1x
is a valid manpage section. DISTNAME:L is unneeded too, it's already
lowercase. Other than that it looks good portswise.
As for wmconfig itself, does it allow you to create a
freedesktop.org-compliant menu ?
