I see you added dependencies. In my test they got pulled in
automatically from requires.txt:

What happens if you don't have py-mock and py-coverage already
installed?
My experience has been that if there is a requirement you don't have
it'll
try to go download it? This way at least it gets installed via
ports/packages.
As with above it's also possible something I've done has FUBARed my
system
in a way that it behaves incorrectly.
