tempat saya pernah mengalami seperti ini juga, 
preventif pertama biar mail tetap jalan dulu, saya alihkan (relayed) server 
smtp-nya.

Kedua, mulai periksa dari komputer client kita, kadang email dari internal
yang sudah di-"hinggapi" spyware/malware (di reply-address-nya)

Ketiga, mulailah meng-email yahoo dan hotmail dengan mengisi form
yang disediakan, nanti akan dapet email confirm dari yahoo

Keempat, seperti advice Pak Asfik. Cek di anti-abuse / blacklist IP
