This is fixed in Postfix stable release 3.10.8 and legacy releases
3.9.9, 3.8.15, 3.7.20. These should show up on the source-code
mirrors in the next hour or so.
This was resolved by replying with "421", the SMTP reply code that
is defined for the case that an SMTP server cannot acceopt further
commands.
