That is a good point. Postfix makes these automatically available
along with the MAIL FROM address:
milter_mail_macros = i {auth_type} {auth_authen} {auth_author} {mail_addr}
{mail_host} {mail_mailer}
This is better than trying to scape it from a Received: header.
