I'm pretty sure the default list for sendmail is the same as the default list
for postfix. To wit:
Sendmail:
O Milter.macros.envfrom=i, {auth_type}, {auth_authen}, {auth_ssf},
{auth_author}, {mail_mailer}, {mail_host}, {mail_addr}
Postfix:
milter_mail_macros = i {auth_type} {auth_authen} {auth_author} {mail_addr}
{mail_host} {mail_mailer}
