Well almost: it needs a custom SMTP client to avoid loop detection.
/etc/postfix/master.cf:
pickup unix .. .. .. .. .. pickup
-o { content_filter = local-smtp:[localhost]:25 }
local-smtp unix .. .. .. .. .. smtp
-o { inet_interfaces = }
-o { myhostname = localhost }
