Unfortunately we do not provide packages - there are simply too many of
them. I suggest you try compiling from sources, as v3 uses a very
different configuration (CMake rather than the old autoconf).

Should you decide make an unofficial SRPM available we would be happy
to put a link to it on the Pound page.
