The refresh is done from PProTray.exe database, so this is good 
news.  It means that PProTray's database is correct, and that 
somehow the PowerPro.exe version has got out of synch.  I should be 
able to fix this.

The only problem is that I cannot see how it would happen -- they 
both get the same messages and both use the same code to update.  
There is already a Queue to handle multiple messages coming quickly.

If you have the logs turned on the next time this happens, please 
upload them immediately and let me know exe name of affected progmra 
and exactly what happened (ie did just icon disappear or whole 
button).  Also, had you just used the tray icon bar or did this 
happen spontaneously.

Hmm.  Not sure if these are related, but I'll take what I can get.

What are you doing to make explorer crash so much?
