If you just want a bar-background, you don't need a skin-file, you
could try:
cl.SetBackground(clname, path)
for setting it and:
Bar.Format("barname", "back path/to/bg-image")
for changing it.
cl.SetProperties("thisone", "Background=c/a/file/path")
might also work but closes and reshows the bar I think.

You could use the clipboard by sending %{printscreen} and then use
convert from ImageMagick with "clipboard:". Just an idea...
