I downloaded and tried on both XP home and XP pro, both sp2. Here
is what I saw.

1. Setting pixel blend ordinary checked, transparency to 1, then
text shows but wrong color and also there are transparent areas
around the letters. This is likely because I am not using GDI+
correctly. I am trying to reuse as much as possible internal data
from existing GDI work to avoid breaking anything, but I still have
to do some work here to get it to work correctly in GDI+. (FYI,
pixel blending uses UpdateLayeredWindow, which requires somewhat
different approach to drawing).

2. Uncheck pixel blend, set transparency to 255, set bar background
color to black. This seems to work with basic testing.

Are the above what you see?

Also note that I have set the button width to 142 because PowerPro
adds 2 pixels to the set width for drawing button borders (even if
you turn them off with flat). (I won't change this as it would
likely bread too many existing configs).

Another approach would be to turn off bar size from size of buttons,
turn on 3d frame, turn off pixel blending, drag bar to right size,
then return to either 1 or 2 from above.

> What about the .DOC? I don't think it's much popular either.

Its almost a straight cut and paste from the help so I will likely
keep it for now.
