I'm afraid not. rundll32 itself will prepend two parameters to the
user-provided parameters, so the "0" above will never reach the
function in this case. And, I must say you have to try to avoid using
it with rundll32.exe. Only specifically designed functions should be
used with rundll32. See this:

I reckon most API's should not be used with rundll32. If used, the
consequence is unpredictable.
