Re your x9 issue, it isn't that x9 is broken, it's that what follows
// is a comment. You could use a different string delimiter, but then
you will get two extra characters on the front and one at the end:

*Script Runfile [EMAIL PROTECTED]"D:\programs\Jetico\Jetico Personal
Firewall\fwsrv.exe"///=fwsrv!

Normally within a script, use of an alternate string delimiter in a
variable assignment does not put the delimiters into the string, but
in this case, everything following the first = is going into x9
(except comments apparently.)
