Thanks for your suggestions. Feedback: (a) Format Separator Config 'No 3D': Makes no difference; Separator line still does not appear 'Flat' option already checked. Unchecking produces 'fuzzy' 3D Outline/Bezel on ALL icons, not just the one under the cursor. Thing is the Outline/Bezel USED to be a straight rectangular shape, but now has rounded 'shoulders' at the top.
(b) Bar Properties 3D No GreyCheck: No difference whether unchecked, checked or greychecked (c) Use 16×16 Icons for menu: Already checked. Curiously though, I've since discovered that the Bar-As-Menu listing does NOT display the correct icon if NOT chosen from the program assigned to the left-mouse-button. Could send some screenshots to illustrate if I had a relevant email address to send them to.
