Already set. However, I noticed that PP°4·7e (Edit List Item) sports a new option "Use theme for colors (XP only)" which was checked. Unchecking it restored the Separator Line (which can now be raised or recessed by checking / unchecking the 3D option) AS WELL AS restoring the square raised bezel. Only remaining mystery now is the irregular icon sizing in the command list Menu, which I suspect is causing the extended vertical spacing...
