I'm just guessing here, but what happens if you do a series of
cl.refresh("barname")
commands, one for each of the context-controlled bars?
The other possibility would be a button or hotkey which runs a .cmd
file which closes and restarts PowerPro.

start "dummy title" "c:\program files\powerpro\powerpro.exe"
