Thanks. I gave the new pproconf a shot and the remembering of positions seems to work nicely at first glance. Also noticed new set skin dialog, which should be useful. As for the new search box - how do you actually start the search - obviously not by pressing enter... I ve also noticed a slight bug since installing 4.8j (but I wasnt quite up to date before then, so might have had a much earlier 4.8 installed): When pproconf is open, all my MouseTrap and KeyTrap/based shortcuts are dead. Close pproconf and everything is back to normal...
