Then, your Autorun entries are not being triggered.
In PowerPro, check:

Command Lists > Setup > Special Lists | "Open: use this list to run..."
from the dropdown, select your Autorun command list > OK > OK
Test the above command again and if "Run" window moves to the center, then you 
can test your Win32Pad command again but do not use many entries and the script 
at the same time to avoid conflicts, use only one command to see if it's 
working.
