Just an '80s roll back to clarify me why powertop on my laptop can't
read those values that seem to be in the right place.
I got correct descharging values in time, but not the current voltage
ones.

curious... can you send the content of the
/proc/acpi/battery/*/state
files ? Those are the files powertop uses to get the power usage information,
and it looks like something isn't going right :)
