It is my understanding that you can put as much RAM in
the PB1400 as will fit.
BUT... it will only recognize 64mb.
I have criptically heard of people working to breach
this barrier, but I still have no leads.
What can be done, so I am told is to add Compact Flash
memory, or the like, to the PCMCIA slot and use it as
memory. I still have not been able to "pony up" the
money to try this, but hope to budget it in the next 6
months.
Ehatever it is a good machine. The only problems that
I have with mine are not response from the priter port
and a (recently) broken latch.
