I just bought a PB 1400c over eBay. Looks and works beautifully. Only has 16 megs of memory. It has a floppy and a CD drive. The CD drive's front cover is broken. The holders on the back side of it are both broken and thus do not function right. How about just using super glue and gluing the top of the plastic front to the top of the drive itself? You think it would work. Otherwise, it works with the cover off, but that reveals the tiny circuits, which isn't a great idea. The drive works properly. ________________________ Dale electronics suppliers sell a plastic cement that melts the pieces together, Such a bond may have more strength than just super glue for that area.
