I had a similar experience last week when I ordered a refurbed iBook for my son
from MacWarehouse. They confirmed and then cancelled, all the way putting the
hold on my credit card. They then offered to sell me a *new* iBook. When I
called to see whether that was in stock, it wasn't either. They've lost my
business until they're really a lot cheaper than anybody else.
