Whoooooa!!!!  Michelle, the release is __after__ Friday at midnight!

Per my conversation with the  Computer Store/ PowerMax/ the MugStore, a 
25-year Authorized Dealer, the Instant Up-to-Date version is the "flat-pak", 
full 10.1 CD and 9.2.1 updater CD, _no_ Developer Tools CD. You need to bring 
either the coupons or your receipt. Some retailers may accept as proof of 
purchase the OS 10.0.x CD.

The $20 version is supposed to be more complete.

So there is still some speculation and waiting left.
