I didn't have that exact problem, but I did have issues when I installed
their 400MHz chip. Everything (almost) worked after putting in the card,
except that my system would freeze every two or three minutes. I called
Sonnet and the guy I talked to only gave me the option of sending the chip
back for testing. I was on vacation at that time and didn't have the box
with me, so I didn't send it in. Instead, I went through email tech support
and they gave me several options. They told me that my problem was most
likely related to sound issues and that upgrading to 9.1 would probably fix
it. I know this probably has nothing to do with your problem, but see if
going through email works any better.
