It sounds like either the battery or the Wallstreet's charge 
card/power supply board is faulty.  Welcome to the club.  Heh, don't 
get me started on Wallstreets and battery problems!  :-D

You might get better help from the g-books list, since they actually 
have PowerBook G3 Series machines over there...  Not to mention that 
this subject is technically off-topic for this list...

If you actually get any answers that help (other than the usual 
helpful "Try swapping batteries/powerbooks with known good parts"), 
please let me know.  I've been dealing with this issue on my 
Wallstreet for a while now, and I don't know anyone else with whom I 
can trade parts.
