I have a 1400 and want to do the same thing as 3400 owner. What is 
the type cable I need. I am presently using an serial cable used to 
hook up to a printer. I have a keyspan twin adapter hooked up to the 
iBook but on the 1400 chooser no computer comes up. What is meant by 
this statement,Sionnach Aisling wrote:
