I might be wrong in saying this, but the Duo's need those thinner hard 
drives, so I would say probably 2gb, although if I'm wrong its virtaully 
as high as you want.

Yes its just like putting a hard disk drive in any computer.  The Duo 
Dock is basically a processor-less computer.
