Virtual PC...latest version for 603e?

What's the latest version of Virtual PC I can run on my 240mhz 3400c?  Was 
it version 3 or 4?  I went to the Connectix homepage but had no luck finding 
system requirement information except for v. 5 and 6.  Also, I have a 
Window's XP CD-Rom...after installing VPC will I be able to use that XP CD 
or just the Windoze CD that came with VPC?  Thanks in advance.
